Keep Chemicals off Your Face

Keep Chemicals off Your FaceThere are many benefits to buying organic skin and health care products.

In today’s market, you no longer have to reach out to find a specialty green company as many brand name companies offer organic products for little more than the price of their non-organic products.

For those looking for greener ways to live while still being frugal, purchasing organic skin care products is a perfect way to go.

Note : Do not confuse organic and natural items. Many brand name companies have all natural lines; these products are not 100% organic. Like the old saying goes, if you cannot pronounce it, you don’t need it.

Skin Care Products – Know What To Look For

Organic products may use scientific names for plants, but these are easily recognizable. An example is Lavandula, this is the scientific name for the Lavender plant, not some crazy warehouse-made chemical.

As more brand name companies explore organic products, the consumer gets a wider choice and better selection. In the end, you as the customer get the better deal, lower price and a wider selection of products to choose from giving you move availability.

However, we aren’t just limited to name brand organic skincare products. There are many different sites that sell organic items through the internet; this is normally cheaper than buying from a brand name company. These companies also create higher quality organic skin items than their brand name competitors!

It’s not only healthy for you, but the environment also. This is a thought to keep in mind when looking at any type of skincare.

Why put something on your skin that is filled with chemicals that can cause skin problems such as inflammation, itchiness and destroys the planet? Organic products are made from herbs, fruits, vegetables, and other natural occurring items.

This means they are 100% safe to you and the planet. Organic skincare products are readily absorbed into the Earth with no harm down to the local environment and are highly versatile and not limited to specific temperatures or regions like their chemical counterparts.

With the many different brands and forms available to customers, this diversity makes organic products cheap. Finding cheap organic products through the internet is easier than finding them at stores.

Most companies that sell online will give free shipping and discounts once you reach a certain price. This makes buying online not only less stressful than journeying to the local super market.

Making purchases online not only cut down on stress, but your feedback whether you are pleased or displeased with a product makes that company better.

Organic Skincare Products – The Only Way To Go

By using organic skincare products not only are you helping your body rid itself of toxic chemicals and impurities, but you are also helping the world around you become a healthier area.

Water won’t be contaminated because of organic waste byproducts, if you have family members with sensitive skin organic skin products do not irritate. However, if a person is allergic to something make sure it is not in the organic product.

Organic skincare products are easy to find and help you live a healthier life style without the threat of skin damaging chemicals that also harm the planet and animals. When looking for organic products, see if the companies recycle the containers, this helps cut down on trash in the bottom line.

Natural treatment for dark circle under eyes

dark circle under eyesIn this post we will talk about dark circle under eyes treatments to help improve your skin in those sensitive places.

This is a difficult subject to tackle because the dark circles under your eyes could just be a result of your genetic background or your age and not because you lack sleep or because you don’t drink enough water.

These areas on your face are unique because they don’t contain much fat and they are extremely sensitive. Some people just have dark circles and there nothing they can do about it except have surgery done.

You should discuss this with your dermatologist if you are interested.

On the other hand, your dark circles could be a result of an unhealthy life style. If that’s the case then this post is for you.

Dark Circles Under Eyes – 2 Treatment

Method 1 – Lifestyle change

The answer here is simple but perhaps difficult to commit to. You need to start going to bed earlier. You need to drink plenty of water everyday and try to stay away from coffee.

The most important tip I can pass on to you is to eat right! I know what you are thinking; “I’ve heard that a thousand times before! OR What does that mean anyways?”

The solution here is an extreme one (some people say so but I don’t think so): A whole foods diet.

That’s right! Get rid of all meats, processed food, foods in plastic bags, diary, eggs, white foods and all of that junk food.

Listen, besides helping you get rid of your dark circles this kind of lifestyle change will do wonders for the rest of your life!

It will also help you cut the risk of developing many forms of cancer, heart diseases, cholesterol build up etc…

This way of life will allow you to live longer, lose weight, gain tons of energy and you will also feel great. Start small, make three weeks of it. If you don’t feel better in every way that I mentioned then quit this diet. But I bet you will lose those dark circles and you will feel great.

However, if you want to continue your diet and get rid of those dark circles then you might want to start thinking about concealing them.

Method 2 – Hiding them

Look for foundation and concealers to hide and conceal the dark circles under your eyes. Your concealer should be one or two shades lighter than your foundation for maximum concealment.

Apply both your foundation and concealer as you normally would; to further help out your skin’s situation you should regularly apply skin creams that have vitamin c and k to improve your skin condition under your eyes.

If you were looking for a dark circle under your eyes treatment then you found it! The diet I proposed in this post will change your life in more ways than one.

I know some of you think it is a difficult life choice to commit to; but think about the long term health gains you will get.

Like I mentioned before, if you can’t commit to a whole foods diet then you might need to surgically improve the situation or just conceal the dark circles under your eyes.

I would like to invite you all to share your ideas and opinions about the whole foods diet and alternative effective ways of getting rid of dark circles under your eyes.

Thank you and be well.

Natural Skin Whitening That Works

Natural Skin Whitening That WorksMany people out there are looking for natural ways to whiten so you guessed it!

We will be talking about natural skin whitening methods that work!

Lets first get some basic skin care information out of the way.

Remember to always keep your skin clean and fresh as much as possible.

Avoid using the same old towel to dry your face, instead use a freshly cleaned cloth to clean and dry your face.

Remember to clean your pillow cases as many times as you can per week. I clean mine about 4 times a week.

You might think that’s extreme but think about it; your face spends 7 to 8 hours on your pillow case every night. If you don’t clean it beware.

Another important beauty tip that I always need to point out is the protection of your skin from harmful UV rays.

Pick your favorite SPF topical cream and commit yourself to using it daily, no matter what season you are in.

OK, lets get back on track. There are several all natural methods to whiten your skin. Here are a few:

Natural Skin Whitening Techniques

Method 1 – Apply lemon juice and tomato juice to your face before washing it in the morning. This easy to make mask requires one tomato and one lemon.

Squeeze their juices out and mix well. Leave this mixture on your face for about 15 minutes then wash it off with warm water.

Method 2 -Add one teaspoon of lemon juice and one teaspoon of honey, make sure to mix it well. Apply on your face and leave it on for 15 minutes then wash it off with warm water.

Method 3 – This is more of a supplementary tip. You should use Aloe Vera gel twice a day. Its a natural moisturizer that lightens the skin.

Two More Natural Skin Whitening Tips

Two more important tips that you need to consider for all of this to work.

First, you must exfoliate your skin to remove all of those dead skin cells that accumulate on your skin.

Secondly, be sure to alternate these techniques every other week because your skin will get used to these methods if you are only using one of them.

I hope these natural skin whitening methods help you achieve your goals.

If you have any advice or tips concerning all natural skin whitening methods then please share them in the comments section below.

Thank you and be well.

Skin Care Advice For Men

Skin Care Advice For MenI’d like to talk about skin care advice for men today because I feel it is a neglected subject.

Many men think its unmanly to care about beauty.

If you are one of those guys need I remind you that the samurai used make up on a regular basis and that gladiators often applied olive oil to improve their skin.

Don’t worry gents, the ideas presented in this post are not meant to change your current manly lifestyle but rather to flow together with your lifestyle in an effort to promote skin care health and adherence.

The following skin care tips can be easily incorporated into your life style allowing you to maintain skin health; while at the same time changing little in your daily routine.

Skin Care Advice For Men That Is Easy To Follow

One thing I would like to point out is that you will need to commit to these skin care tips in order for them to work properly. Don’t worry, they cost next to nothing and they are easy to do.

Don’t touch your face.

This is as simple as it is important for your skin. Simply don’t touch your face because your hands are crawling with all kinds of dirt that you have accumulated throughout the day.

If you must touch your face make sure to wash your hands.

Use SPF cream daily.

The sun is beautiful but she is vicious on skin as time passes. Make sure to pick up a powerful SPF cream (15 or above) and make sure you use it daily.

This is a long term investment, but you will be looking twenty when your thirty while your friends will be looking thirty when they are thirty.

Dry your face with your underwear.

I know it sounds strange but your freshly cleaned underwear is probably the cleanest cloth you got around.

Think about it, you use your underwear only once then you wash it. Before you put it on, dry your freshly cleaned face on it instead of using that dirty old towel you got hanging there.

Protein face mask for muscles and beauty.

This one is easy to do and can help you put on muscle as well, if you exercise regularly that is.

First wash your face with soap and dry it then:

  • Take one egg and remove the yoke (put it aside for later).
  • Whip the white until it is frothy.
  • Dip your clean index and middle finger in the white egg and apply it to your entire face.
  • Let it dry for about 7 minutes, your skin should be really tight by then.
  • With warm water wash off the egg white and dry your face.
  • Repeat with the egg yoke (its a natural moisturizer).
  • Again, wait for 5 to 7 minutes and remove with warm water and dry your face. All done!
  • Now you can use the left over egg yoke and whites for a quick scrambled egg to get the protein you need to help you build muscle.
  • Repeat 2 times a week.

Oh yea one more tip, don’t smoke.

Come on guys, this should be a no-brainier for a variety of reasons. Smoke kills and it ruins your skin as well.

Skin Care Tips For Men Concludes – Or does it?

5 Great Natural Acne Treatments

Natural Acne TreatmentsToday and countless years previously, many people suffer, for different reasons, of low self-esteem.

Whether you are in your teenage years or in your 40’s, you may have something in common.

That something is bacteria and oil clogging up your pores and creating unwanted blemishes, also known as acne.

The amount of stress and harm acne can put on your life is unimaginable, unless you are the one suffering.

Today there are many different ways to treat this acne disease, including prescription acne treatments, acne treatment systems, such as ProActive or ClearPores, and simple natural acne treatments.

Listed below are five different ways that you can avoid and help cure your own acne.

Natural Acne Treatments That Work!

Get out in the sun: Natural sunlight can kill the unwanted and dangerous bacteria that are hiding and living inside of pores. In more recent years, sunlight has been changed to an actual light therapy session that can be performed by a doctor or in your own home.

What happens is sunlight is replicated using lamps, but the ultra-violet waves, ones responsible for sunburn, are blocked.

Take a daily dose of vitamins: Taking vitamins is not just healthy, it can be used as another way to reduce and avoid acne. Taking anti-oxidants helps to detoxify your skin and allow your cells to get rid of bacteria.

Another approach is taking certain vitamins, such as Vitamins A, B, C, and E. Filling yourself with vitamins does not only mean taking a certain number of vitamins a day.

You can also reach that goal depending on the foods you eat.

Eat fruits and vegetables: Many people love to eat; some of those people do not know that the foods they consume can have a direct effect on their facial blemishes.

As mentioned above, certain foods you take in can contain the vitamins needed to help fight acne. For example, vegetables such as carrots, broccoli, and tomatoes include the vitamins listed previously.

Furthermore, fruits are a great source to obtain vitamins as well. Grapefruit, berries, and even apples can contribute to your fight against acne. As the saying goes, an apple a day keeps the doctor away.

Create home remedies: Everything I’ve listed so far can be done from the comfort of your home, which includes creating concoctions that will also help you against your acne. For starters, items such as apple cider vinegar, honey, and aloe vera can all be used to clear up and prevent blemishes.

Even an oatmeal acne mask has been proven to treat acne.

Keep up with your personal hygiene: This might be the simplest one of them all, just be clean! It is as easy as washing your hands. Everyone picks up hundreds of bacteria each day just by touching a few things.

Touching your face consecutively, whether it is to rub your eyes or get a hair out of your face, can allow those bacteria to migrate to your face. That, in turn, exposes your pores to all kinds of bacteria. So, all you have to do is wash your hands and you can prevent acne easily.

These are just a few natural and simple ways to fight, prevent, and cure acne. As stated before, many people try different methods. It just depends on how your face and body react to the treatment you decide to you.

Developing natural skincare routines

Developing natural skincare routinesHello everybody, in this short blurb I will be discussing how and why you should be developing natural skincare routines to help ensure beauty and create residual beautifying skin.

I bet you would never have thought that the word investment could be applied to natural skincare.

You can ask most self-made millionaires about the word investment and they might mention something to the effect of incremental insertions of time, money, and/or energy into financial vehicles (like stocks or a business).

What does that mean? And how is that related to natural skin treatment?

Well it’s simple, beautiful and natural skin does not come easy, especially when you’re getting older.

We must make small (incremental) investments into our skin on a regular and daily basis to develop great-looking skin for years to come.

This can be said about anything you want to be good at or anything you want to develop and cultivate.

Your natural skin care routine is no different and your skin care routine must be habitual. Also, whatever skincare routine regiment you choose, you must stick to it through and through without fail.

I take the same approach I do with my skincare routines as I do with my exercise routines.

I apply a mask three times a week, I make sure to put on SPF 50 sunblock cream anytime I go out of my house no matter if it’s winter, summer, fall and/or spring.

The sun is your biggest enemy here!

I also make sure to wash my face as soon as I wake up and dry it with a clean cloth, I then add my moisturizer.

I also make sure to wash my face before I go to bed.

I also wash my pillowcases and anything that I use on my face on a regular basis at least twice a week.

Lets not forget to get plenty of sleep and drink plenty of water each and every day.

Also, besides avoiding extended periods under UV rays, you should be mindful of how much alcohol you drink and try to stay away from smokey areas (I am going to assume that none of you are smoking).

Are these tactics a little extreme? Maybe….

But I think they will pay dividends in the future as I get older. Good luck with your skincare routines and make sure you look through this site and find all the natural skincare treatments to help you beautify your skin.

Ciao

How do I know if a skin care product is suitable for my skin?

I was looking around the internet for skin care information and comparing opinions with others and I found a very interesting question popping up. The question basically is, how do I find out if a skin care product is right for my skin?

As you all know there is a dizzying array of skin care products and brands that are all heavily promoted and marketed to us (but you don’t need that stuff because mother nature makes the best skin care products for next to nothing). I understand that It could be tough to figure out which one would be right for you. You should seek the advice of your deramtologist. But what if you didnt seek out professional help….

Okay, so lets imagine that you haven’t visited your dermatologist and you don’t know your skins profile.

By the way everybody, if you are serious about taking care of your skin and you want to maintain your beauty and glow you should see your dermatologist and find out what kind of skin you have.

Lets also imagine you are using a skin care product and you are wondering if the skin care product is doing you more harm than good.
The answer is; stop using it.

That’s right! Stop using it and see what happens after 4 weeks (month). Other than that, you should really get to know your skin better by visiting your dermatologist.

I hope you enjoyed this quick little blurb, If you have any opinions about this topic please feel free to express them here and share your skin care knowledge with the rest of us. Thanks.
